T & H Prime Meats and Sausage is an old-fashioned, full-service butcher shop located in San Marcos, CA. Our fresh meat counter offers the finest prime beef, pork, lamb and poultry. Over 70 varieties of fresh and smoked sausage, created by the Meister himself, are available every day. Everything from Italian Capicola to Danish Frikadellers is found in our deli meats section along with salami, pate’s, smoked pork chops, you-name-it, all made by the Meister right in our shop. We pride ourselves on our grocery section filled with European delicacies such as mustards, cheeses, chocolates and pickles, just to name a few. T & H Prime Meats and Sausage offers year-round custom cut, smoke and wrap service for all wild game and farm-raised animals. Our customers know they can trust our trained personnel to make the most of their investment of time and money. All cuts are vacuum packed and clearly labeled. Our fishing clients appreciate the smoking service for their prize catches!
T & H Prime Meats and Sausage retail meat market is open Thursday - Saturday from 9 am - 5 pm. Custom receiving and pick-up hours are Tuesday - Saturday from 9 am - 5 pm. The market is closed on Sunday and Monday.
